EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson could be inching closer to a return after missing two games because of a nasty fall he took Sunday.

Williamson (right posterior hip/lower back bruise) did not play against the Dallas Mavericks or Phoenix Suns this week and again will be listed as questionable for the Sunday afternoon tilt with the LA Clippers.

Williamson told ESPN he feels great, and a final decision will be made Sunday on whether he’ll play.

Herb Jones is also questionable for the Sunday game. Jones has missed the past two contests after hyperextending his right knee.

“They’re doing some work with our trainers,” Green said. “They’ll test it a bit and we’ll see where they are at tomorrow.”

The Pelicans are also still without Brandon Ingram, who has missed the past two games with a concussion. Ingram did not travel with the team on the road trip.
